Technical Information and Features
Restoreplus Copper Paste CU-1100 has been prepared by taking reference from this product, and the common technical values of the counterparts in this segment are as follows:
High Temperature Resistance: Thanks to the metallic copper particles it contains, it provides protection in the range of -30°C to +1100°C by forming a barrier between metal surfaces even if the carrier oil evaporates.
Anti-Seize Feature: Prevents Sticking, Locking, and Cold Welding of bolts, nuts, studs, and bushings due to high heat or corrosion over time.
Load Carrying Capacity: Possesses very high pressure (EP) features. Does not crush under heavy loads on metal surfaces and prevents Damage to Threads.
Corrosion and Rust Protection: Shows excellent resistance to water, steam, acids, and salty environments. Acts as a Corrosion Barrier in maritime and winter vehicle under mechanisms.
Conductivity: Provides Electrical Conductivity thanks to its copper content. Prevents oxidation at battery terminals and ground connections, improving current flow.
Brake System Compatibility: When used on the back of brake pads, it dampens High-pitched Brake Noises and Vibrations caused by metal-to-metal friction.
Easy Disassembly: Allows parts to be removed easily without difficulty and without damaging the threads even after years, saving labor and part costs.
Non-dripping: Does not flow on vertical surfaces thanks to its special thickener structure; stays fixed at the application point, providing sealing support.
Application Area: This product is particularly used safely on exhaust studs, spark plug threads, wheel lugs, oven doors, steam line flanges, and brake caliper pins. (Note: Ceramic paste may be recommended instead of copper on the brake pad surfaces of modern vehicles with ABS sensors).
